Decollette - The Chest Area

I have been so frustrated with the wrinkles in my chest. I attribute them to all the sun exposure and sunburns I suffered when I was younger. But recently I discovered a lot of the wrinkles - the more vertically angled wrinkles were made worse in my sleep. Advise was to sleep on my back. Well I can't do that. So I did little research and found this great tool. Calvet Cosmetics Decollette Pads. You put them on while sleep and amazingly those deep wrinkles that develop when you sleep disappear! My skin is also sensitive with sometimes red spots and white blotches. This pad can irritate those, so I only use the Decollete Pad every few days or when I know I am going to be showing a little cleavage the next day :)). The other product I use every night(when I am not using the pad) and every morning is Dove's Pro-age Neck & Chest Beauty Serum. It doesn't work as well as the pad, but it works well and you can use on the neck too. It seems to soften and slightly fill those deep wrinkles. I also believe it helps with long term use. Be sure to use it on your neck too. I have not seen the results on my neck as I have my chest, but I do believe the serum is helping my neck. Last thing to remember is to use sunscreen on this sensitive area. I wish this information had been more available when I was younger.

Hair products for over processed, dry, frizzy hair

Is your hair looking dull and dry and you don't know what to do with it. I am constantly looking for the best products for my hair without breaking the bank. First I should mention I live in Santa Cruz, CA...lots of fog and humidity, which makes it hard to manage my dry wavy and frizzy hair. I also color my hair ever 4-6 weeks, which adds to my dryness. I tried drugstore products, but my hair still looked dry and frizzy. I spent too much time online seeing what other people like and use. Many times I became frustrated, not finding what I was really looking for. I have used advise from different websites and bloggers. After spending this much time researching, I thought it was my turn to share what I learned.

I currently use a combination of products to keep my hair soft and shiny. First I have realized I don't need to spend a lot of money on "high end" shampoos. But I also don't want to use a shampoo with sulfates and that strips my hair of all its moisture. So for shampoo I use Loreal Everpure Moisture Shampoo. I tried the conditioner too, but my hair is so dry and over-colored (and I am sure very gray), that this conditioner did not work well for me. So I condition my hair every day with Loreal Serie Absolut Expert Masque. This is a weekly condition, but I use it every day. After towel drying my hair, I follow this with Loreal Serie Absolut Repairing Cream Leave-in Conditioner (about 2 pumps). Try to stay away from the scalp to avoid a greasy look. Lastly I use Citre Shine Split End Mender (about a dimes worth). This makes my hair shiny and reduces the frizzies and fly-aways. It is important to know that if you use too much, it will make your hair limp. The amount you will need to use will vary. You need to experiment in the beginning, but start with less and then go from there. As I said before, this is my current routine and it seems to be working well, but it took me a long time to figure this one out. I am always looking for something better. Next I plan to try the Argan Oils I have read about. First plan to try Morrocanoil. I'll let you know what I think.
